Rally in the Valley Tournament 1999
This was the second year for Rally in the Valley. As in 1998, a few local players managed to cop championships including Francis Battin & Monica Gray in Girls 18 Doubles, Adam Houff & Blaine Morriss in Boys 14 Doubles, and Jim Hill in both Boys 16 Singles and in Boys 18 Doubles with Scott Schmeissing. Other winners and finalists included players from Tucker GA, Vienna, Radford, Richmond, Free Union, Page County, Winchester, and Harpers Ferry.
